Considered – Report of the Licensing Team Leader.
The Licensing Team Leader presented the report.
The Applicant put forward their case to vary the Premises Licence.
The Licensing Team Leader read out a representation on behalf of Vernie Martins, a resident objecting to the variation of the premises licence.
The Applicant gave a closing speech.
The Sub-Committee then retired at 2.29 pm to consider the application in
closed session.
The Sub-Committee returned at 2.59 pm to announce its decision
