DECISION

 

THAT APPLICATION 19/1610/OUT BE DEFERRED ON THE GROUNDS OF CONCERNS ABOUT HIGHWAY IMPACT AND FURTHER INFORMATION WAS REQUESTED TO BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY AT THE NEXT MEETING BY THE HIGHWAY AUTHORITY.
