DECISION
THAT APPLICATION 23/1040/FUL BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE IMPOSITION OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. 3 year time limit. 2. Approved plans. 3. Materials as per approved plans. 4. Landscaping scheme to be agreed (in line with BNG calculations) 5. Agreed landscaping scheme to be carried out. 6. Parking and turning areas to be implemented. 7. Development to be implemented in accordance with recommendations of Ecological Appraisal. 8. No external distribution from the storage building (storage ancillary to existing of site and distribution to staff only). 9. Details of fixed plant or machinery to be submitted and agreed. 10. Drainage details to be submitted and agreed. 11. Details relating to management of surface water during construction to be submitted and agreed. 12. Details of long-term maintenance of surface water drainage system to be submitted and agreed. 13. Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) to be submitted and agreed and adhered to. 14. Landscape and Ecology Management Plan (LEMP) to be submitted and agreed and adhered to (to ensure future management of BNG) 15.Details of any lighting to be submitted and agreed.
