Minutes: Considered – Report of the Democratic Services Manager relating to the review of Members Allowances.
The Democratic Services Manager explained to the panel that they needed to reconsider the provision of Special Responsibility Allowances for the Leader of the Council, Deputy Leaders of Minority Groups and the Chair of the Scrutiny Commission following the provision of further information.
Cllr. J.A.Dilks and Cllr.G.L.Welsh entered the meeting during this item.
