97.	Election of Chairman Minutes: The Democratic & Scrutiny Services Officer invited nominations from the Sub-Committee for the election of Chairman for this meeting only.

The Applicant put forward their case for the New Premises Licence. Questions relating to the case were put to the Applicant by the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee then retired at 2:34pm to consider the application in closed session. The Sub-Committee returned at 2:48pm to announce its decision.
