1.	Election of Chairman Minutes: Cllr Roy Denney put forward his nomination for the election of Chairman for this meeting only.

PDF 18 MB Minutes: Considered – Report of the Licensing Team Leader. The Licensing Team Leader presented the report. The Applicant put forward their case to vary the Premises License. The Objectors presented their representations. Questions relating to the case and representations were put to the Applicant and Objectors by the Sub-Committee. The Applicant and Objectors gave closing speeches. The Democratic Services, Scrutiny & Governance Manager provided a summary to the Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee then retired at 2.52pm to consider the application in closed session. The Sub-Committee returned at 3.17pm to announce its decision.
