Minutes: The Applicant did not attend the hearing, and as they had offered no explanation for their absence the Sub-Committee agreed to consider the application in his absence. Considered – Report of the Licensing Team Leader. The Licensing Team Leader presented the report. The Sub-Committee asked questions of the Licensing Team Leader. The Sub-Committee then retired at 17.55 pm to consider their decision in closed session. The Sub-Committee returned at 18.20 pm to announce its decision.
