Matters arising from the Minutes Minutes: Tree Pruning
The Chairman reported that the trees that had been interfering with the telephone lines on Hinckley Road have been pruned by Leicestershire County Council. The church had also pruned the tree which had also been interfering with telephone lines opposite Church Farm Court. |

Planning Applications
The plans for a menage/exercise area for private use by 4, Church Farm Court, have been approved.
Consultation: Blaby District Local Plan
Blaby District Council is consulting on a draft version of the Local Plan Delivery Development Plan Document (DPD). He advised the meeting that the consultation would run for 6 weeks until 16 November 2016. Copies and supporting documents can be found on the Council’s at www.blaby.gov.uk/local-plan-delivery-dpd
Leicestershire Fosse Villages Neighbourhood Plan
The Chairman reported that the plan had now been through the its development stage, and that over the coming weeks a newsletter would be distributed to all households in the parish.
The Chairman stated that ever increasing traffic problems throughout the Fosse Villages were of a major concern.
Residents discussed the possibility of hand held speed cameras which residents could use voluntarily .
The Chairman said that he would talk to Sharnford Traffic Action in respect of this matter.
Possible Strategic Rail Interchange Development
The Chairman reported that there had been no change on this development since the last meeting.
Aston Flamville Community Event
The Chairman advised the meeting that the Aston Flamville Christmas Fair would be taking place at St Peters Church on Saturday November 19th 10am to 2pm.

Any Other Business Minutes: St Peters Pathway Pavers
The Chairman advised residents that the church pathway could be replaced with engraved paving stones by a company who specialised in this product. A payment would have to be made to the company by any residents who wished to take part in the scheme. |
