Matters arising from the Minutes Minutes: Sandpit Farm
The Clerk circulated an email from the Principal Planning Enforcement Officer which read as follows:
The planning application for “Retention of garage, barn and lean-to-stores, site entrance with gates, brick pier, fencing and gravelled surface to yard with planting and creation of grassed pony paddock”(12/0642/1/PX) was refused permission on 11 February 2013. Having now completed the restructure of the Planning Enforcement Team I will soon be in a position to take positive action to resolve the matter. A report will be taken to the Planning Committee very soon.
Cllr D Freer and the Chairman requested that they receive updates on the situation.
The Clerk confirmed that she would email the Principal Planning Enforcement Officer with this request.

Any Other Business Minutes: New Homes Bonus
The Chairman read out a letter in respect of the New Homes Bonus of £409 which was available to the Parish meeting, the Chairman suggested that the money could be spent on the Potters Marston Church, as the parish had no services or facilities, he also stated that the Parish Meeting did not have a bank account, and he requested that the Clerk look into the matter.
Since the meeting the Clerk has looked into the New Homes Bonus Scheme, and the Council had not specified how the parishes should spend the money, since it was effectively a grant. However it was envisaged that it would be spent in such a way that it would benefit the residents of the parish.
