Matters arising from the Minutes Minutes: Update Sandpit Farm
The Clerk gave an update on Sandpit Farm from the Council’s Enforcement Officer which was as follows:-
· A site visit was made on Tuesday 6 May 2014 by the Enforcement Officer.
· It was confirmed that the owner had found another site outside of the District which was authorised.
· The owner had sold various vehicles from the land.
· The owner is removing a significant amount of vehicles to the new yard including other items.
· The site is being constantly monitored to ensure the clearance of the land.
Cllrs D Freer and Cllr E White also updated the meeting on Sandpit Farm.
The Chairman requested that he be given updates in respect of Sandpit Farm and the Clerk confirmed that she would contact the Council’s Enforcement Officer to provide the information.

Any Other Business Minutes: Speeding and Accidents – Huncote Road Potters Marston
Concerns were raised about the speeding of cars and the number of accidents that had happened along this stretch of road.
The Clerk confirmed that she would email County Highways in respect of this matter.
