Matters arising from the Minutes Minutes: Speeding Traffic
Residents again raised their concerns regarding speeding traffic and how hazardous it had become when pulling out of their drives on Stanton Lane.
The Clerk to the meeting confirmed that she would email County Highways in respect of warning signs to be erected to inform drivers of the potential hazards. |

Any Other Business Minutes: Sandpit Farm
The Clerk read out an email from the Council’s Planning Enforcement Manager which stated “ We are currently taking injunctive action against Mr Miles in the County Court on 19 May 2017 with regard to continued breaches of planning control. The injunction is to restrain a breach of planning control comprising the storage without planning permission, on land of vehicles, vehicle parts, plant and equipment, and parking of vehicles.
Since then the hearing had been adjourned until at least the 21 August 2017.
The Clerk confirmed that she would email the Chairman once the case had been heard. |
