2026/27 Draft Portfolio Budget Proposals To examine Portfolio Budgets and consider Portfolio Holder responses to scrutiny questions including any updates from the Executive Director (S.151 Officer).
(see agenda for 14th January 2026 for Portfolio Budget Statements) Minutes: The Chairman, Cllr. Nick Brown welcomed Members and Officers to the meeting. Lines of questioning for the Portfolio Holders had been drafted and circulated to all Members following the previous meeting on 14 January 2026.
The Chairman invited each Portfolio Holder to provide a short introduction to their portfolio.
The Chairman invited Members to ask supplementary questions of Portfolio Holders:
