To consider and determine any appeal by a Council employee (including the Head of Paid Service, S151 Officer and Monitoring Officer) against a decision to dismiss pursuant to the Disciplinary Procedure.

To consider and determine an appeal against a determination of the Grievance & Standards Committee or the Chief Executive, Directors and Chief Officers Disciplinary Committee.
