Report was published in June 2022 and included a number of proposed
modifications to ensure the Plan meets the ‘basic
conditions’ set out in legislation.
In accordance with the legislation, the District Council is
required to provide its response to the Examiner’s proposed
modifications before the Plan can proceed to a referendum.
